About Us

Genesis Consultancy is led by Effie, who began her studies in 2019, graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design, expected to graduate in 2025. 
The founder of Genesis Consultancy launched her construction career managing secondary-dwelling developments, knock-down rebuild homes, and duplexes in Sydney’s Inner-West and Eastern Suburbs, with project values ranging from $3-5 million. 
Her vision for Genesis Consultancy emerged from observing standardized architectural and engineering plans that fail to cater to each project's unique requirements, leading to unnecessary costs and underutilised land potential. 
At Genesis, we address this issue by integrating our expertise in building and construction with architecture, structure, and design.
 We ensure seamless communication by working with forward-thinking engineers and architects throughout the project and introduce builders fit for the tender criteria early in the drawing phases to gather their valuable input, inviting them to tender during the project management phase to ensure a cost-effective build.
